The General Data Protection regulation (GDPR) is coming into force on 25 May 2018 and it will fundamentally change the way that businesses access, store and use the personal data of EU citizens, regardless of where they are based in the world.
With fines for non-compliance of up to 4% of global revenue of €20 million, whichever is higher, businesses should ensure they are taking action.
